Now more than ever, the possibility of remote working is not seen as a luxury but a necessity. The option to work from home and have more flexible hours is essential to accommodate modern life and the increased spotlight on equal working practices for all genders means these office problems have evolved.

However, if you are receiving emails that are of direct importance to your business, it is not wise to ignore them.
